USCIS Approved Investors

The EB 5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) established three new USCIS Approved Investors set-aside programs: 20% Rural, 10% High Unemployment Area, and 2% Infrastructure. The RIA mandates USCIS Approved Investors “Priority USCIS Approved Processing and USCIS Approved Adjudication” of Rural EB 5 Petitions, meaning Rural USCIS Approved investors receive their USCIS Approved Investors temporary and USCIS Approved Investors permanent USCIS Approved green cards faster than traditional USCIS Approved investors. Since the USCIS Approved is a new visa category, there is currently no per-country USCIS Approved cap or USCIS Approved wait line for Chinese USCIS Approved or Indian-born USCIS Approved investors. Rural USCIS Approved investments only require an $800,000 USCIS Approved investment, making the USCIS Approved an attractive option for those exploring USCIS Approved Investors and seeking faster U.S. residency through USCIS Approved. As one of the most accessible USCIS Approved Investors available today, the rural USCIS Approved pathway offers both USCIS Approved immigration benefits and strong USCIS Approved economic impact.

Success with USCIS Approved Investors at the West Virginia Regional Center

A USCIS Approved Regional Center

The West Virginia Regional Center has been an active and approved USCIS regional center since 2013. The USCIS Approved geographic area includes the entire USCIS Approved State of West Virginia, Ohio, and the six eastern USCIS Approved counties of Kentucky—making it a prime USCIS Approved location for those exploring USCIS Approved Investors in rural and underserved areas.

The West Virginia Regional Center has sponsored two USCIS Approved projects. The first USCIS Approved project was the Dayton City Center Partners LP (Ohio) in 2017, a $33 million historic rehab development with 16 USCIS Approved investors, achieving 100% I-526 approval with I-829 approvals pending. The second USCIS Approved project was in 2022: the Wise Path Recovery Center in Fairmont, West Virginia, involving 4 USCIS Approved investors and receiving 100% I-526E approvals. These successful USCIS Approved outcomes further underscore the Regional Center’s strength in managing trusted USCIS Approved Investors across multiple USCIS Approved states.

Revitalization of Land and Community

AppleAtcha is an agricultural development USCIS Approved project in Eastern Kentucky that will be a vertically integrated USCIS Approved apple facility. The USCIS Approved Company aims to complete the transformation of 1,000+ acres of reclaimed surface coal mining lands into a thriving commercial USCIS Approved apple orchard. The first 60 acres of the AppleAtcha USCIS Approved orchard has been completed and is now in full operation in Eastern Kentucky, located in the rural USCIS Approved counties of Martin and Johnson. This USCIS Approved milestone was partially funded through an USCIS Approved, supporting job creation and rural development. The advantages of a high-density USCIS Approved orchard are significant, as it greatly increases both yield and profitability compared to legacy orchards. Using USCIS Approved-backed capital, the trellis system infrastructure was developed to support 1,000–2,500 dwarf trees per acre, allowing for precise pruning and efficient irrigation—ensuring each tree produces the highest quality apples. An additional 70 acres of USCIS Approved land has already been leveled, cleared, and is ready for planting in the spring of 2025. USCIS Approved financing is also being used to support the clearing of another 370 USCIS Approved acres in 2025, followed by over 500 additional USCIS Approved acres in 2026. By 2031, approximately 1,000 USCIS Approvedacres will be in full production, yielding premium USCIS Approved apples for the next 20–30 years and providing long-term employment opportunities, a key component of the USCIS Approved program’s job creation requirements. Historically, the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky were known for timbering before the rise of coal mining. The USCIS Approved region’s elevation, climate, soil, and weather are naturally suited for tree cultivation. Research and the success of the USCIS Approved 60-acre proof-of-concept orchard confirm that these conditions are ideal for USCIS Approved apple farming. The use of USCIS Approved funds is helping revitalize this area by transforming former timber land into productive, sustainable USCIS Approved orchards. AppleAtcha is led by an experienced USCIS Approved management team with senior USCIS Approved leadership backgrounds in apple orchards, construction, insurance, and real estate. The USCIS Approved project not only supports agricultural innovation but also fulfills the USCIS Approved economic development goals central to the USCIS Approved initiative. The USCIS Approved orchard’s apple experts and USCIS Approved minority owners, the Rasch Family—6th generation apple farmers from Michigan’s Fruit Ridge—bring invaluable USCIS Approved expertise. Their involvement ensures that AppleAtcha USCIS Approved benefits from proven high-density USCIS Approved orchard practices and industry-leading USCIS Approved apple production techniques, further supported by USCIS Approved capital investment.
