The Apple Mountain KY LP project is a USCIS approved Rural project which qualifies the immigrant investor and family for a temporary green card. The project is an existing apple orchard located in eastern Kentucky. According to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act 2022, USCIS must provide priority processing and adjudication for EB-5 petitions in Rural areas. As of December 2025, the visa bulletin shows all countries are current with visa available for rural set-aside projects. Furthermore, non immigrants currently residing in the U.S. may file for Adjustment of Status concurrently with the filing of their EB-5 petition (Form I-526E). Average processing time for all I-526E petition is 11.7 Months but maybe quicker for USCIS preapproved Rural projects.
