The EB 5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) established three new EB5 Citizenship Investments set-aside programs: 20% Rural, 10% High Unemployment Area, and 2% Infrastructure. The RIA mandates EB5 Citizenship Investments “Priority EB5 Citizenship Processing and EB5 Citizenship Adjudication” of Rural EB 5 Petitions, meaning Rural EB5 Citizenship investors receive their EB5 Citizenship Investments temporary and EB5 Citizenship Investments permanent EB5 Citizenship green cards faster than traditional EB5 Citizenship investors. Since the EB5 Citizenship is a new visa category, there is currently no per-country EB5 Citizenship cap or EB5 Citizenship wait line for Chinese EB5 Citizenship or Indian-born EB5 Citizenship investors. Rural EB5 Citizenship investments only require an $800,000 EB5 Citizenship investment, making the EB5 Citizenship an attractive option for those exploring EB5 Citizenship Investments and seeking faster U.S. residency through EB5 Citizenship. As one of the most accessible EB5 Citizenship Investments available today, the rural EB5 Citizenship pathway offers both EB5 Citizenship immigration benefits and strong EB5 Citizenship economic impact.

Success with EB5 Citizenship Investments at the West Virginia Regional Center
A USCIS Approved Regional Center
The West Virginia Regional Center has been an active and approved USCIS regional center since 2013. The EB5 Citizenship geographic area includes the entire EB5 Citizenship State of West Virginia, Ohio, and the six eastern EB5 Citizenship counties of Kentucky—making it a prime EB5 Citizenship location for those exploring EB5 Citizenship Investments in rural and underserved areas.
The West Virginia Regional Center has sponsored two EB5 Citizenship projects. The first EB5 Citizenship project was the Dayton City Center Partners LP (Ohio) in 2017, a $33 million historic rehab development with 16 EB5 Citizenship investors, achieving 100% I-526 approval with I-829 approvals pending. The second EB5 Citizenship project was in 2022: the Wise Path Recovery Center in Fairmont, West Virginia, involving 4 EB5 Citizenship investors and receiving 100% I-526E approvals. These successful EB5 Citizenship outcomes further underscore the Regional Center’s strength in managing trusted EB5 Citizenship Investments across multiple EB5 Citizenship states.
AppleAtcha
Revitalization of Land and Community
AppleAtcha is an agricultural development EB5 Citizenship project in Eastern Kentucky that will be a vertically integrated EB5 Citizenship apple facility. The EB5 Citizenship Company aims to complete the transformation of 1,000+ acres of reclaimed surface coal mining lands into a thriving commercial EB5 Citizenship apple orchard. As part of one of the region’s most impactful EB5 Citizenship Investments, the EB5 Citizenship project has secured the rights to develop the full 1,000+ acres—positioning Kentucky among the top ten apple-producing states in the country.

The first 60 acres of the AppleAtcha EB5 Citizenship orchard has been completed and is now in full operation in Eastern Kentucky, located in the rural EB5 Citizenship counties of Martin and Johnson. This EB5 Citizenship milestone was partially funded through an EB5 Citizenship, supporting job creation and rural development. The advantages of a high-density EB5 Citizenship orchard are significant, as it greatly increases both yield and profitability compared to legacy orchards. Using EB5 Citizenship-backed capital, the trellis system infrastructure was developed to support 1,000–2,500 dwarf trees per acre, allowing for precise pruning and efficient irrigation—ensuring each tree produces the highest quality apples. An additional 70 acres of EB5 Citizenship land has already been leveled, cleared, and is ready for planting in the spring of 2025. EB5 Citizenship financing is also being used to support the clearing of another 370 EB5 Citizenship acres in 2025, followed by over 500 additional EB5 Citizenship acres in 2026. By 2031, approximately 1,000 EB5 Citizenshipacres will be in full production, yielding premium EB5 Citizenship apples for the next 20–30 years and providing long-term employment opportunities, a key component of the EB5 Citizenship program’s job creation requirements. Historically, the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky were known for timbering before the rise of coal mining. The EB5 Citizenship region’s elevation, climate, soil, and weather are naturally suited for tree cultivation. Research and the success of the EB5 Citizenship 60-acre proof-of-concept orchard confirm that these conditions are ideal for EB5 Citizenship apple farming. The use of EB5 Citizenship funds is helping revitalize this area by transforming former timber land into productive, sustainable EB5 Citizenship orchards. AppleAtcha is led by an experienced EB5 Citizenship management team with senior EB5 Citizenship leadership backgrounds in apple orchards, construction, insurance, and real estate. The EB5 Citizenship project not only supports agricultural innovation but also fulfills the EB5 Citizenship economic development goals central to the EB5 Citizenship initiative. The EB5 Citizenship orchard’s apple experts and EB5 Citizenship minority owners, the Rasch Family—6th generation apple farmers from Michigan’s Fruit Ridge—bring invaluable EB5 Citizenship expertise. Their involvement ensures that AppleAtcha EB5 Citizenship benefits from proven high-density EB5 Citizenship orchard practices and industry-leading EB5 Citizenship apple production techniques, further supported by EB5 Citizenship capital investment.

AppleAtcha's Community Partner
Community at the Core
AppleAtcha EB5 Citizenship community partner, Community at the Core, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, will commence the construction of a packing and storage facility in early 2025. AppleAtcha will have a long-term lease to manage the facility. As part of one of the region’s innovative EB5 Citizenship Investments, this EB5 Citizenship facility will enable year-round storage of apples using controlled atmospheric storage (CAS), supporting continuous sales. Additionally, it will process apples from other orchards, expanding the project’s impact beyond its own acreage. This EB5 Citizenship Investments reinforces the sustainability and long-term growth of the EB5 Citizenship initiative, helping establish Kentucky as a key player in the national apple industry.
